What we collect

Only what you type into a form (for example your name, phone, email, town and a description of the plumbing problem or your business), plus the date, your IP address and browser type, which we use to block spam. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How we use it

To answer your request. Listing and advertising requests go to HERE City's directory team. Water-help requests go to our team and, only if you tick the consent box, to plumbing contractors in our directory so they can contact you.

How long we keep it

Form records are kept on our server for as long as needed to handle the request and keep a record of consent, then deleted on request.

Weather data

The weather center loads public data from our own server; your browser does not contact the weather service through this site.
